Hey everyone,
I'm Alyn, I'm originally from North Wales, UK, but now live in Pokhara City, Kaski, I've been in Nepal for about 10 months already and work as a part time researcher, part time teacher trainer in Kaski and Gorkha areas, doesn't pay a lot, but I love my life and job.
I'm new to this whole world of biking, I learned to ride a few months ago on a friend's Pulsar 150, before buying my own RX100. My background as a car driver in the UK, I drove a 1989 Austin/Rover Mini Mayfair, which I loved, before moving onto a Seat Ibiza, which, although mechanically and technologically more advanced, to me, was boring. I loved the faults with the mini, I loved how cheap and easy it was to personalise legally. This has transferred to my bike interest directly. Although the Pulsar was more modern, and mechanically more advanced, it, to me, was pretty boring, (not to mention the number of times I didn't know which was mine in a row of identical parked bikes). I love the simplicity, and simple ways I can personalise my RX without breaking Nepal's insanely strict modification laws. There's also more of a sense of achievement to me in covering a great distance on an older bike, planning some tours around Nepal on my little RX once this monsoon season is over.
So here's my RX now:

And what I plan for it to look like when I have a little more money for a Re-Spray:
