how can i get a status picture like jus shown below online n ofline status !!

u can it get in fourm profile information..
go to ur profile>fourm profile information on the left side and choose the personalized pic..

u can hav ur own too.. but first u hav to upload it in image sharing site such as www.photobucket.com  www.tinypic.com etc. and copy the image code n paste it here in the fourm url..
