ok guys..good news frm ma side...!! kati..bad news and all matre sunni ra padhni hai!!! frm this edition of "AUTO NEPAL" we are trying to involve the pictures in one page like the BIKE INDIA dies!! so do send in ur picz with ya ride and of urs, may be the memories of ya tours, stunts, some good pictures..!! AT info@nepalauto.com

i'm working on for an article too, abt modification and all....!! so will update when i'm abt to meet all the bikerz for an interrogarion interview for the article. so plz be attentive..abt this thing..!! hope for the good rewiew!!

सडकमा ट्राफिकहरू लाइसेन्स, ब्लुबुक, इजाजतपत्र लगायत कागजात मागिरहेका भेटिन्छन् । सडकमा माग्ने ट्राफिकहरूको कार्यालय सञ्चालन र सेवा सुविधा पनि मागेरै चलेको छ भन्दा धेरैलाई पत्यार नलाग्न सक्छ तर वास्तविकता यही हो ।

ट्राफिकको मुख्य कन्ट्रोलकक्ष र डीएसपीहरू बस्ने स्थान यातायात व्यवसायीले बनाइदिएका हुन् । ट्राफिकसँग सीधा सम्पर्क गर्ने १०३ नम्बर टेलिकमले दिएको हो । विश्रामकक्ष क्यासट्रोलले बनाएको हो भने छलफलगृह टोयटाले । क्यानटिन कोकाकोलाले बनाइदियो भने ४३२१ एसएमएस सेवा फोकस वानले चलाइदिएको छ ।

प्रदूषण जाँच गर्ने मेसिन यातायात व्यवस्था विभागले दिएको हो भने एम्बुलेन्स, क्रेनसहितका १४ वटा गस्ती गर्ने गाडी भारत सरकारले उपहार दिएको हो । भीडमा गस्ती गर्न छवटा पल्सर सेतो मोटरसाइकल गोल्छा समूहले दियो । महाशाखाको हाताभित्र रहेका गार्डेन दुगड समूहले बनाएको हो भने ट्राफिक साइन बोर्ड जय जनताले । पिउने पानी हिलटेकले उपलब्ध गराएको छ भने अन्य प्रयोजनका कतिपय सामान महाशाखासँगै जोडिएको माइसपले दिँदै आएको छ ।

बाटोमा बाँड्ने पर्चा, होर्डिड बोर्डहरूमा अलगअलग कम्पनीका नाम प्रशस्त देख्न सकिन्छ । ट्राफिक प्रहरीले बर्दीमाथि लगाउने अधिकांश फ्लोरिसन ज्याकेट पञ्चकन्या, यती एयरलाइन्स लगायतका संस्थाले दिएका हुन् । मदिरा सेवन गरे/नगरेको जाँच गर्ने बे्रथलाइजर महिला सर्कल ग्रुप नामक संस्थाले उपलब्ध गराएको हो । सडकका दायाँबायाँ हुने सानाठूला सबै प्रकारका सांकेतिक र सावधानीका अधिकांश ट्राफिक चिह्न सौजन्यमार्फत राखिएका छन् ।

अन्य कार्यालयबाट ट्राफिकमा सरुवा भई आउने प्रहरीले दरबन्दीका रूपमा पाउनुपर्ने सेतो टोपी, पेटी, टाई लगायतका सामानसमेत आफैंले किन्नुपर्छ । बजेट अभावमा विभिन्न दाताहरूसँग मागेर अधिकृतहरूले खाना खाने मेस पनि आफैं बनाएका छन् । मातहतका इकाईले कार्यालयको लेटर प्याड लगायतका सामान नजिकका यातायात व्यवसायीको सहयोगमा छाप्दै आएका छन् ।

ट्राफिकले लगाउने पन्जा, डिभाइडर ब्लक, डोरी रिफ्लेक्टर, पुस्तकालय जापानी स्वयंसेवी कियोसी बाबाले दिएका हुन् । जनचेतना अभियानका लागि दुइटा ल्यापटप, दुइटा प्रोजेक्टर, फिल्म र फोटो खिच्ने क्यामरा तथा मेस, महिला ब्यारेक र घोडा ब्यारेकमा राखिएको टीभीसमेत बाबाले उपलब्ध गराएका हुन् । भान्साकोठा, शौचालय र सडकमा गस्ती गर्ने तीनवटा सेतो मोटरसाइकल र बसपार्कस्थित ट्राफिकको गाडी बिग्रँदा ६० हजार रुपैयाँ तिरेर कियोसी बाबाले मर्मत गरिदिएका छन् ।

ट्यांकरको पानी, मिनरल वाटरका जार र बोतल, कोकोकाला, फेन्टा, प|mुटी, रियललगायत पेय पदार्थ उत्पादन गर्ने कम्पनीले सहरमा घुमेबापत ट्राफिक प्रहरीलाई सित्तैमा माग गरेको परिमाणमा बुझाउनुपर्छ । नत्र कुनै पनि बखत भित्र थुनिन तयार हुनुपर्छ । अधिकांश ट्राफिक कार्यालय र ब्यारेकमा राखिएका टेलिभिजन प्रायोजकले नै किनिदिएका हुन् ।

प्रचारप्रसारका लागि कान्तिपुर, उज्यालो, गोरखा, मेट्रो एफएमले सित्तैमा समय दिएका छन् भने राष्ट्रिय दैनिक राजधानीले आधा पृष्ठ स्थान सित्तैमा उपलब्ध गराएको छ । 'बजेट नभएपछि के गर्ने ?' महाशाखा प्रमुखमा भर्खरै आएका डीआईजी विनोद सिंह भन्छन्, 'अरू त के कुरा एक वर्षका लागि आएको इन्धन र कार्यालय सामानको रकमले तीन महिना पनि पुग्दैन ।'

उनी थप्छन्, 'अब हामी थोरै सामानका लागि हात पसार्ने पक्षमा छैनांै, कसैले केही दिन्छ भने ठोस र दीर्घकालीन सहयोग गरून्, अन्यथा साना परिमाण र कामका लागि हात थाप्दैनांै ।'

महाशाखा मातहतका २८ परिसर, वृत्त, प्रभावका कार्यालय पनि मागेरै सञ्चालनमा छन् । तिनका घरभाडा, बिजुली, टेलिफोन, सरसफाइ, मर्मत, रंगरोगनलगायत सबै खर्च मागेरै चलाउने गरिन्छ । अरू त अरू, महाशाखाले गस्ती गर्न दिएको आठ सय सीसीका सेता मोटरसाइकलमा समेत मागेरै ट्राफिकले इन्धन भर्ने गर्छन् । गस्तीका गाडीका लागि यसअघि महाशाखाले दिइँदै आएको १ सय ५० लिटर डिजेल घटाएर ९० लिटर दिन थालिएको छ । गाडीको मर्मत र नियमित सर्भिसिङ खल्तीमा जम्मा भएको रकमबाट गर्नुपर्छ ।

अझ रोचक कुरा त मागेरै करोडौं मूल्य पर्ने जग्गा र भवनसमेत ट्राफिकले जोडेको छ । कालिमाटी र कोटेश्वरको ठूला भवन, महाराजगन्ज, सातदोबाटो, बसपार्क लगायतका स्थानमा भएको साना भवन पनि ट्राफिकले दाताहरूबाटै पाएका हुन् । महाशाखा मातहत कार्यालयमा जसले विवाद नआउने गरी मागेर कार्यालय र कार्यक्षेत्र चुस्त राख्छ तिनै ट्राफिक अधिकृत उपत्यकाका लागि सर्वाधिक योग्य ठानिन्छन् ।

दाता भेट्नेले दाताबाट लिन्छन् नसक्ने अधिकांश इन्चार्जले जरिवानाबापत उठेको रकमबाटै सबै व्यवहार चलाउँछन् । त्यसका लागि सबै इन्चार्जले कार्बन नराखी जरिवानाको राजस्व काट्ने क्षमताका अफिस क्लर्क छानेका हुन्छन् । धेरै गल्ती गर्ने चालकले जरिवाना तिरेको रसिदै लिँदैनन् । लिनेहरूले पनि आफूले भुक्तानी गरेजति नै रकम राजस्वमा जम्मा भयो भएन भनेर हेर्दैनन । कसैले वास्ता नगरेको जरिवानाबाटै चलेको छ राजधानीका ट्राफिक कार्यालय र तिनका प्रमुखहरूको रमाइलो जीवन । एकाध केही इमान्दार अधिकृतलाई छाडेर मासिक १४ हजारभन्दा कम तलब खाने प्रहरी निरीक्षक र नायब निरीक्षकहरूले राजधानीको ट्राफिक कार्यालयबाट मासिक न्यूनतम ४५ हजारदेखि लाख रुपैयाँसम्म आम्दानी गर्ने गरेका छन् । त्यसैले उपत्यका मातहतका हरेक वृत्त, प्रभागहरू एकदमै आकर्षक केन्द्र मानिन्छन् ।
