and @ bijay bhai, have u rejetted or tune carbs after installation of air filter or just used in stock carbs. And please post the model no and pic of ur performance air filter , if possible ( sorry for the trouble)

Bro maile ni rejet gareko chaina,i should have done that but i dont have any idea ktm ma kata garcha bhanera.Mero air filter ko model chai Ul RC 1600 or Rc 1060 ko euta ho.But both will work for rtr.

Bro i have installed it inside the air filter box,it has been installed quite well.You can visit the namobudha workshop at tahachal for proper installment.But no idea about upjetting? Huh Huh Huh

Re-jet Or Carb Jetting means to install higher Jet pins on the carb from the way of stock jet...for ex:- BS 26 the most common carb for 150cc series bike has got 110 size of fuel jet ...where as we can install higher jet size above 110 than more and that is known as up jettin  the carb.... In simple term only upjettin job will increase the bhp of Engine..This is the concept of the more amount of Fuel and air mixture will rise the more power booster from engine...anyway guys i still have  not done upjetting yet but the up jetting is done at Namobuddha-WORK Shop...and Brothers Works shops..But they have got idea of up jetting knowledge but still None bikers comes for upjetting yet..... bro workshop guys got only theory knowledge not practical so they need some more time to do this tuff job on da real work field so bj bro u need to wait for some more days .so bj bro wait for few more weekz la experiment is going on so bro...cheerzzz.........
