I have noticed that when once the topic is moved one can not post reply on it WHY??or just because it  is locked HUH??… well it happens in my PC…may be not in other…HELP NEEDED HERE!!

Well…it’s obvious that when one is new mistakes happens I hope/assume MOD and ADMIN won’t take it as a hectic task to solve it and later remind the new members (I am just speaking hypo-theoretically as a new member as I was too couple of years back)
I came to know that we should first consult MOD and ADMIN before creating new topic or posting one… So it means that we should wait until one is online with us to guide us?? Or we should send our files to Mods and Admin and they will look/go through it and they will post that in respective category in forum?? Or we should post first that I have certain topic with me and where should I post it?? That might be right! I guess... I am questioning it being a new member- hypo-theoretically! I hope community understands.

We are always glad that there is always someone with us inside forum to guide us and to aware us.

Well the same questions I had when I was a new member in here... Let me help you out...

If you have new topic go ahead, post it in the section you think its suitable for... We mods will then check the topic and let the topic remain if such a thing has never been posted in the forum... Otherwise if a similar topic exists we will either merge with the old one or lock it and later delete it. And if the topic is in the wrong section we will move it to the right one. So I hope you get it. You need not take permissions before posting. Just go ahead and we will handle the rest.

Now regarding replying in moved topics. You can never reply in notification topics since they are always locked. Only mods and admin enjoy the tight to post in locked topics. By notification topics I mean the topic which tells you that your topic has been moved. So the contents of your topic aren't inside this notification topic. It is just like a map which tells you where your topic has been moved to. So you can know where your topic has been moved to by clicking on the link inside the notification topic. Then you are directed to your post and can reply in there.

Go ahead post the new topics you have in mind. We will check over it and make the required corrections.

Ours quoting you and reminding is just a way of teaching you the right things we have learned over our years of experience in this forum.

So you mean once you get into the topic after it has been the new section, you get only options for quoting and reply doesn't exist. Rite ??

Ok do recheck over once again. Go to Non-biking guff. There are lot of notification topics there. Go inside one and click on the link of the moved topic. Then check if reply exists or not and let me know...

If the problem still persists with only the quote available, you can click on quote then delete the quote message in the typing area and type in your reply. This will make it a new reply and it won't be a quote.

Do get back at me reagading if the problem was solved or not.
