Didn't pay much attention to dis thread before................bt looks lik dis thread is getting hot so even me gettin involved though me not into the modifications stuffs..............yeah da cops are catching the modded bikes nd da bikers hav to pay a huge fine to get their bikes back............bt hey guys lemme remind u something........Is it mentioned in any law of the constitution of Nepal that it is illegal to modify bikes?? ?? ??Were we told nd taught during our license exams that we should'nt get our bikes modified..??..??..??..??.Thus how can we simply keep paying da cops when the the law does not say anything regarding bike modifications and when we were never taught in our license exams that one should not change the physical structure of their bikes...............Well next time we are caught why don't we just sue the traffic and appeal in da court for dis misbehaviour towards the bikes and bikers.........in fact its illegal for the traffic to arrest our bikes because the law does not demand this.............If it were to be in da USA somebody wld hav already become a millionaire by suing the cops for dis misbehaviour bt dunno if we can win da case in our politically confused country...........neways if the government does create such a law den the government should compensate by deducing the tax rates nd building better roads so dat we can easily ride imported bikes instead of modifying the available indian nd chinese bikes here..............

License exams ma ta kasaile baneko thiyena !!
but mono the license exams papers were made probably
in 1980 - 1990, then we were just kidz !! No modifications bro !!
If we make our point & sue the government !!
they will sue us back !! belive me on that !!

Comparing Nepal with the US !! naaa !!

" POLITICAL CONFUSED " - very good words !! loved it !!

Tax rates should be deducted & bikes Imported !! that's once good solution but belive me even if we do cut the taxes !! 95% won't be able to buy the bikes !! i can bet on that !!

bottom line is .... MODIFICATION IS NEEDED !!
for the solution plz keep this thread rolling guyz !!

Ok get wat u r sayin....................Bt till noe no law in da government states that it is illegal to modify bikes........So we still pought to be on da safer side............

Yah da tax stuffs is true.........even if a deduction is made still we wont be able to possess superbikes because the tax rates will likely only drop by 25-30%.............

Well abt the politically confused thing I guess that will best define our country at the moment.....................

cops just fine us for bike modification coz the higher-uppers say its bad.
but we should put forward the good side to modification
anyone know anyone in WAVE or other magazines?
tyo bikersnepal ko magazine ma ni rakhna milla ni modification ko barey ma
articles on modification written by modifiers
we should raise this issue among the general public
the way i see it, when the cops trample our right to modify our bikes, they are actually trampling our right to free speech and expression, they are trampling our rite to freedom
for us people who have no other medium, our bikes are the only outlet where we can expression ourselves in our own image. bikes the only canvas available to many people to express themselves
but the government wants to take away this medium.
we must bring about a change in the way the government sees modification of bikes

@as for the tax thing, well ahile we have to pay like 170% tax for our bikes
thats why zmas cost almost 2 lakhs, India ma the zma ko price is some five digit figure (70 grand something IC jasto lagcha)
tax reduce garyo bhane ta the price ni reduce huncha
price reduce bhaye pachi manche le badi kincha
badi kiney pachi govt ko ni revenue badi huncha (through tax)
im not saying not taxes, im just saying very low taxes (like 25% maybe)
tara ke garney, hamro corrupt governmet officials want to maximize their pocket ma auney money
thats why taxes are so high

Where da hell i've been Huh?
i have been missin one of the most important thread in merobike........

Ah.... Crap me...........
Like as alwayz ..........
M late again.........

Aba kasto situation ayo ki ............. Room ma dhari net nachalera Pustakalaya(library) ma ayera chalauna pareko cha.............. tyo pani have to wait for 15 minutes.....

Jaba ki i always use net 4-5 hours....... That's normal......room ko ta add garnai baki cha.. Grin

Let's Go to the Subject....

yeah Guyz Thanks for keepin this thread alive and Very Interesting......

Modification

Modification American country ma fully legal chahi chaina..........
but we cannot say that it is legal in the world....
Many country haru ma chahi illegal nai cha......

but
India ma Legal cha............ but blind about other asian countries

Aba Nepal ko context ma law nai K k ho k ho....
2018 ma Prahari En baneko ho......
and the Law is called Sambidhan ... (M poor in Rajniti ..... so try to digest my language..)

Note : Tyespachi Sambhidhan bhanne stuff yearly change hune kura haina.......

Now Desh ma Adhyadhes Sambidhan baneko cha that means it is just for some specific time and they r going to make a new Sambhidhan...... which will be stable for long time..............Like it's sambhidhan

So now Nepali people are giving pressure on the Government Plus on other parties like Maoist....

@ Anarchy biker
Well i donno about the 170% tax we have to pay for the bike when we import from India.... But i have heard upto 110 % plus chahi suneko ho...........
Thanks for the info of Zma... I've read and heard about the price in India and Nepal ......

Who r in India they r lucky coz one who rides one Indian Bike in Nepal is riding couple of Bike.......  When some part is broken then u r not buying one bike's part.. u r buying of more than one..........
That's why In Nepal modification and stunt tyeti fastauna nasakeko ho...........
Zma ko tail futyo bhane ........S burn bhai halcha........

to be continue...............
