Jorge Lorenzo RIDING for YAMAHA next Season !!

Spanish rider Jorge Lorenzo will ride alongside Valentino Rossi on the Yamaha team next season.

Yamaha said Wednesday it signed Lorenzo to a two-year deal.

The 20-year-old Lorenzo is the reigning 250cc world champion and leads the championship again this season, after winning six of 10 races racing for Aprilia.

"Yamaha has been watching Jorge's career with interest for some time and we are delighted that he will be joining our MotoGP lineup from next season," said Lin Jarvis, managing director of Yamaha Motor Racing.
